At Bethesda, our vision is to joyfully worship, learn, grow and serve the community of the church Jesus is building. Through Christ’s love, we provide a warm and welcoming faith community to all ages.
All people are welcome at the Lord’s Table. For this table does not belong to us; it belongs to the Lord. And all that the Lord Jesus asks of us is a heart that desires to know God. So know that you are welcome here, no matter what!
Open Doors to Any and All
We continue our mission of serving Christ in the Carlton, Minnesota community, where we have been for over 100 years, as proud members of the Northeastern Minnesota Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA).
Along with our Pastor Seth Wynands, who has led our congregation with his spiritual guidance since July 2021, our staff opens our doors to any and all who wish to attend Bethesda. You can join us for worship at 8:30 am on Sundays and on our YouTube channel.
River’s Edge
Bethesda has a shared ministry partnership with River’s Edge Presbyterian Church in Carlton, MN. Our congregations are committed to loving and serving our neighbors and community through a mission of sharing the good news of Jesus’s presence.
